Job Posting – CNC Programmer

Staub Precision Machine, a leading component manufacturer in Hamburg is seeking a team oriented CNC Programmer to join the company.

We have the ability to design and build advanced manufacturing solutions for a number of different industries such as aerospace, medical, tech and communication. We are looking for quality talent to bring their expertise to our growing team of technicians and engineers that has allowed Staub to innovate unparalleled manufacturing solutions.

We’re looking for a hands-on, problem-solving CNC Programmer who enjoys being on the shop floor and working side-by-side with machinists to get the best results possible. If you’re someone who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves, enjoys collaboration, and wants to be part of a company that invests in cutting-edge technology and people—you’ll fit right in.

You’ll join a forward-thinking team using some of the most advanced CNC equipment available. We’re also preparing to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility by the end of 2025, built specifically for modern, efficient, high-precision manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and improve CNC programs, especially for milling and multi-axis operations
  • Work directly with machinists to troubleshoot issues, improve setups, and make processes more efficient
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our wide range of machines, many of which are automated and robot-assisted
  • Help keep our shop running smoothly—whether that’s through better programming, smarter setups, or recommending process improvements
  • Support tooling and fixture planning, and occasionally assist with software and system updates
  • Bring fresh ideas to help us keep moving forward in quality, efficiency, and innovation

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of CNC programming experience, with a strong focus on milling
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced shop—not just behind a desk
  • Familiarity with CAM software (like Mastercam, Siemens NX, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience working with multi-axis machines, lathes, or automation systems is a plus
  • Great communication and teamwork skills—you’ll be working closely with machinists, engineers, and leadership
  • A passion for precision, quality, and doing things the right way
  • Comfortable working in a technology-forward environment that’s always evolving

Why You’ll Love It Here:
  • Work with the latest DMG Mori machines and automation systems
  • Join a team that values collaboration, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement
  • Be part of an exciting transition into a custom-built, modern facility
  • Help shape the future of our manufacturing processes in aerospace, medical, and other high-precision industries
